I translate initial concepts into a high-fidelity 3D environment using Fusion 360. This digital phase allows us to stress-test complex joinery and refine specific geometries—such as the signature 8.5-degree leg splays used in the Kusabi series—ensuring the design is both structurally sound and visually balanced before any material is selected.
The Plan
I provide you with comprehensive technical drawings. These shop prints act as the exact roadmap for the build, documenting every measurement, angle, and joinery detail with professional-grade precision. This documentation serves as the vital bridge between digital engineering and physical execution.
