1. SHIPPING RATES
- Local Delivery: For customers within our designated "local" delivery area (within 25 miles of business address), we offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $25.
- Outside Local Delivery Area: For orders shipping outside our local delivery area, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order.
2. CARRIERS & TIMELINES
- Carriers: We utilize reputable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your items arrive safely.
- Processing Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that custom lead times vary and shipping times are in addition to production times.
3. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
- Shipping Damage: While we pack every item with extreme care, Triad Woodworking & Design is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit by third-party carriers. If an item arrives damaged, please document the packaging and product immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim.
