1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to Triad Woodworking & Design ("we," "us," or "our"), a handcrafted furniture and design studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (triadww.com), and any related services, including but not limited to the sale and purchase of our products (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. USE OF THE SERVICES
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services (such as The Artisan's Edge membership). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account.

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Use any automated means to access or use the Services.

- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services without our prior written consent.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & ORDERING
- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and complete descriptions of our products. However, wood is a natural material, and we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free or that every piece will look identical to the photos.
- Ordering: By placing an order through the Services, you agree to pay the applicable price for the products you order, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4. PAYMENT
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit cards, most major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo (items under $500) and direct POS payments at the Triad Woodworking & Design studio.
- Payment Security: We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your payment information.
- Sales Tax: We may be required to collect sales tax on your order, depending on your location.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address and the size and weight of the order.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Custom lead times vary.
- Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping by third-party carriers, though we will assist in claims where possible.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS Please refer to our separate Return Policy for details on returns and refunds. Custom commissions are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents, are owned by us or our licensors.
- Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIESTHE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIN NO EVENT SHALL TRIAD WOODWORKING & DESIGN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. INDEMNIFICATIONYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
